I have a tech question for you guys. I got the new OKLAHOMA! Blu-ray which includes the Todd-AO version and the Cinemascope version. I checked out the discs over the weekend and the blu Todd-AO looks amazing, much better than the blu Cinemascope. (The DVDs looked pretty bad by comparison.)
I read that the Todd-AO version is presented in 30 frames per second. Do I need to do anything to my TV in order to see the movie in 30 fps? Or does it happen automatically. Does the refresh rate on the TV matter? I have mine set to 24Hz instead of the default of 60Hz.
Thanks.
