Yes, no surprises. "Undetermined factors" they don't want us to know, but we can certainly guess at.

Sad stuff. IMO she looked awful in TFA, as if the editing room had assembled her lines from various takes. As I wrote in my review, no shot of her seemed to linger for more than a few seconds, and she talked like a stroke victim, both in the film and in various interviews when the film came out. Obviously they've told us how great her health was and all, but you wonder if that was true.
