I'd really like to have remastered soundtracks for both 1492 and Columbus.

Vangelis' 1492 could use an expansion but it's Vangelis, so that's unlikely to ever happen.

I think with Eidelman's COLUMBUS, that album is representative of how the music works in the film and functions splendidly as is. No need to clutter it up with shortish underscoring cues when all the good stuff is already there.

Two scores, very different in approach, that are far better than the movies themselves!
