The one that could really use a remake is Lord of the Rings -- as Peter Jackson's films swapped-out the story's introspection and substance in favor of a lot of flashy, CGI gimmickry and horror movie shock effects.

From the press release it indicated they would start selling it in mid April. So unless you've seen them taking orders I'd say they arent taking orders yet.

I mean, this isnt the first release of this, I cant imagine its going to move that many copies that quickly.

I placed my order last night. I just have the ITC titles to order, which are still available. With the original Network Blu-rays still available, I don't think collectors are bothering.
