Just like Fox, the end of yet another studio would be bad for everyone. But it seems to be the direction everything is going.

The world isn't going to function too well with 2 or 3 mega corporations making 90% of filmed entertainment.

I am not in favor of this development, if it does indeed happen. There is already a large hole from Fox's absence, just as there was when MGM kept downsizing UA in the 80s.
